In the past, the Southwest Veterans Foundation (SWVF) awarded grants and charitable donations based on nominations from the SWVF Board of Directors. While that process will continue on a parallel track, the SWVF Board of Directors has established a Veteran Support Grant Program (VSGP).
Applications for the VSGP will be solicited periodically by formal announcement. On any given announcement, the grant dollars will be allocated based on the availability of funds, which may vary over the course of the year. Generally, grant amounts will range from $200 to $2,000.
The number and dollar value of grants will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
To be eligible for the SWVF Veteran Support Grants, organizations must be Members in Good Standing (all dues and fees current). Please verify your membership status before submitting your application.
Applications from non-members or Members not in Good Standing will not be considered and will be returned to the submitter.
