Enhanced Community Marketing Tools

In April 2020, the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce (SWVCC) Board of Directors offered Chambermaster’s Enhanced Membership Benefits Package to all Members in Good Standing and new Members who joined during 2020. This benefits package would normally cost $120 but was offered FREE through December 2020.  This offer was made in recognition of the business challenges arising from the COVID-19 Pandemic and the desire of the Board of Directors to help our Members weather the economic storm many were predicting—and some were already experiencing.

The Enhanced Membership Benefits Package offered Members significant marketing resources through their listings on the SWVCC website. These enhanced benefits help members to increases internet presence with expanded web content, photos and video, priority placement above Basic Listings posting and distribution of Hot Deals, and other marketing resources not available to Basic Members. By offering this benefit at no cost, we provided an opportunity for our Members to test-drive it and become familiar with the capabilities and potential value to their businesses/organizations.

Our initial plan was for this benefit to expire on December 31, 2020 and offer renewal at the regular price of $120 during December to ensure uninterrupted access to this valuable business resource.  In view of the worsening economic conditions we are facing and the desire not to add another bill during the Christmas season, the Board of Directors has modified its expiration and renewal plans.

All Members currently carrying the Enhanced Membership Benefits will now retain them through January 31, 2021. Additionally, we are offering Members the ability to renew the program through 12 monthly autopay payments of $10.00, plus a $2.00 service charge per month. The balance can be paid off at any time without prepayment penalty.

If paying by check please include “EMB” on the memo line.
