Southwest Veterans Foundation (SWVF)
Announces 1st Quarter 2024 Charitable Grants

The SWVF announced its 1st Quarter charitable grants & donations to local non-profit organizations supporting Veterans and their families. Rick Bauer, Vice President and Chair of the Philanthropy Committee reported “three $500 grants/donations have been approved and will be presented in the next week or two. Two of the grants are funded by the SWVF Veteran Suicide Prevention Funds. (VSPF).”

The VSPF grants go to CO-OP Survival and Azura Veterans Coalition. The third award is an event sponsorship for QW-Global Maternal Wellness who focuses its support on Women Veterans.

Tom Sheets, Executive Director of the SWVF, added “these grants would not be possible without the generosity of our members, donors, and sponsors who know that many Veterans and their families need more than just a “thank you for your service.”
